‘Lil Paws’

This is one of those moments we would struggle to replicate. The cub just decided to take a moment, sat down and scratch his ‘Lil Paws’. His mum, was none too perplexed and allowed us to photograph her precious offspring but still kept a mindful eye from just a few feet away. It had been a tough trip, the weather prevented us from getting in to the back country for days. Time was running out but it was all worth it, just to get this one image. It is an absolute privilege to share time with theses magnificent bears.
